What’s the minimum order?
250 units on a first order, mixed across formulas however suits you. Reorders can be smaller once you are set up.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes. Tick the formulas you are weighing up in the form and we will send them alongside your quote.
What can you put our branding on?
Outer cartons, mailers, belly bands around each pouch and insert cards are all standard. Putting your brand on the pouch itself is private label — available at higher volumes, and it adds to the lead time. Tell us what you are planning and we will tell you honestly what is worth doing.
Can you ship to individual employees?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of addresses and we will ship direct to each person, or deliver in bulk to your fulfilment partner. Distributed teams are the most common onboarding request we get.
Can we offer this as an employee benefit?
Plenty of partners include it as a perk, or as an eligible item under a wellness stipend. To be clear about what it is: StarPatch is a consumer wellness product. It is not a medical benefit, not insurance, and not a substitute for medical care. Check with your benefits counsel before describing it as part of a formal plan.

What are the payment terms?
First orders are paid up front against a pro forma invoice. We will look at terms once there is a trading history.
